Velsie Mak is a self-taught, freelance make-up artist, specializing in weddings and special events based in Toronto. Make-up artistry is her passion and she considers herself incredibly humbled and blessed to do what she loves.

Over the past 6 years, she has gained experience in her industry through bridal, creative photoshoots and fashion.  She continues to learn and grow as an artist by working hard, learning from some of Toronto’s best professional make-up artists, training and attending professional make-up workshops.

In addition to providing make-up services, Velsie also offers beauty workshops, personal shopping services and consultations.  She loves the transformative experience her clients share with her by learning what her client wants. She ensures her clients have the best possible make-up experience by learning what her clients need through their natural beauty & personalities.

When she isn’t busy beautifying her clients, Velsie is most likely hanging out with her hubby with a hot tea + Netflix, hiking, or exploring Toronto’s finest coffee shops.
